Can your meals be eaten cold?
Yes, all your meals can be enjoyed cold.
Can your meals be frozen and if so for how long?
Yes they can, for up to 6 weeks. However new potato and roast potatoes are very aqueous therefore when frozen can become a little mushy. Best to eat these first!
Do you provide the macros for your meals?
Yes, all nutritional information is provided on 'Our Food' page and on your label on each meal. We have a handy macro calculator to help you.
How long should the food be heated for?
Slightly open the box and microwave for approximately 2 to 3 minutes, check the product is piping hot before consumption.
I have a specific meal prep plan can you accomodate this?
Yes, we can meet most dietary requirements and plans. Please submit your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily prepare your order.
I have an allergy/intolerance can you help?
Yes, please make sure you fill in your requirements in the order information box on the order page and leave the rest to us!
Use By Dates
As our meals are cooked fresh without the use of additives and preservatives we follow leglislation set by the food standards agency and provide a 3 day use by date. Our meals can be frozen and it is recommended to defrost in the fridge the night before reheating.
What happens if one of my selections are not available?
If in the unlikely event we cannot obtain one of your components we will substitute for a similar item.
What is the best way to store your meals?
Your meals will arrive in a specially designed cool box which will maintain the temperature at a safe level. We then recommend you refrigerate your meals unless you wish to freeze them. Meals have a 3 day life when refridgerated. Please keep meals below 5 degrees as warmer temperature will cause the food to spoil
Can I change my delivery with DPD
You can request a redelivery, but for Friday deliveries it is not possible as we do not have a contract for weekend deliveries. Therefore the next delivery day available is Monday and parcels will be disposed of as per DPD's terms.
It is recommended that you do not change your delivery day with DPD as we cannot be resposible if they cannot deliver or they dispose of the parcel.
Do you offer split deliveries?
We do not offer split deliveries. However why not take advantage of our free delivery! As we have 2 delivery days per week you can choose how many deliveries and meals. Ideal if freezing is not an option or space an issue.
How many times per week do you deliver ?
We deliver 2 times a week. Wednesday and Saturday. No deliveries on Bank Holidays, orders will be delivered next available delivery date.
My delivery is late/hasn't arrived?
Please allow up to 2pm for your order to arrive. If it hasn't arrived by then, then please contact us by email at email@example.com where one of our team will track your order and then get back to you. Our office hours are Monday,Tuesday -Thursday and Friday 9-3pm. If your order doesn't arrive within 48 hours of dispatch we will arrange either a credit into your Simply Prep account or a relacement order. Please note we do not offer refunds for non delivery. If the delivery is late and you do not accept delivery we will not be responsible.
What are your delivery charges?
Simply Prep deliveries are free over £100
What areas of the U.K. do you deliver?
We deliver to all of the U.K. with the exception of Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. However please note certain parts of Scotland may take up to 2 days for delivery/
What happens if my meals are damaged upon delivery?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of delivery. Please take photos so we can submit these to our courier service. We offer a credit for any damaged meals. This will be added to your Simply Prep account
What happens to my delivery if I'm not in?
DPD will contact you with an hour slot time slot. We use a premium AM service. If your not going to be in, your food will be left in your dedicated safe place. Please note Simply Prep Meals are not responsible if DPD have attempted delivery.
Can I cancel or amend my Subscription?
Yes, but after payment has been taken you will be cancelling the following weeks order. Payment is taken 2 working days proir to dispatch day. This also applies to editing of meals.
We offer the flexibility to edit your meals each when needed and to set up holidays.
We do not offer refunds for subscriptions cancelled after the payment day.
Do I get a discount off every order when I subscribe?
Yes, we give you the same 5% discount on every order and credits to your account
My delivery has not arrived

My Piggy Bank.
How can I earn credits for my piggy bank?
You can earn credits from the off! Once you've ordered and eaten your delicious meal prep, we are sure you will want to tell your friends and family, so, we will reward you with £2 credit each time someone uses your unique code. Plus, every person you refer will recieve £5 off their first order. The more you refer, the fatter your piggy gets!! Everytime you rate one of our fantastic meal prep combinations you will also recieve and extra 10p.
How do I use my credits?
They automatically get redeemed at checkout, saving you money everytime.
